This beautiful regency mantel clock has a fantastic black marble and gilt bronze case.
This then leads to a gilt bronze moulding leading to the first piece of marble which is decorated with a stunning gilt bronze figure to the front. There is then another beautifully shaped moulding leading to the final stepped out piece of marble.

The dial is then gilt and set out in black roman numerals with smaller minute markers to the outside. The dial then has fantastic intricate engraving to the centre as well as having a gilt, patterned surround. Finally the dial is finished by two beautifully shaped hands.

The movement is then chain fusee and is ticking away and keeping good time. The clock comes complete with pendulum and key. The movement is then stamped to the front “RR 72”.
