Gents 9ct gold Nivada wrist watch, 1962.

The watch has a Swiss 17-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely.

The watch measures 32mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is 9 carat gold and there are hallmarks inside the case back for Edinburgh 1962 with a maker’s mark for the British Watch Case Company. The case is in good condition, just a small shallow indentation to the back.

The lens is in lovely condition.

The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands, subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers. There is some light freckling across the dial and a little marking to the hour hand.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
