Description

Antique silver Moeris half hunter pocket watch.

The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed with the Moeris logo. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside all three covers for Edinburgh 1923. The case is in good condition and the engine turned detail is still nice and sharp. There is a little unevenness to the back of the watch.

The front cover has a small central lens surrounded by dark blue enamel filled numbers. The winding crown pushes in to open the cover. Inside, the watch glass is in lovely condition.

The dial is in lovely condition and has blued steel hands, including the special half hunter hour hand so the time can be read when the front cover is closed.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
