Marylebone Antiques has dated this piece to the 1910s.
It is of extremely high quality, this is an exceptionally well made piece. There are eight drawers on the front including an unusual double drawer with dividers at the top. The back has three additional drawers and two locking cabinets.

The beautiful green leather top has been hand coloured and gold tooled. This desk has panelled sides, original brass handles, escutcheons and stunning flame mahogany grain patterns throughout. The top is extra deep, so there is plenty of working area & there is a generous kneehole space.

We have recently had this re-polished, it is in excellent condition for its age.
Please note, this does not come apart and is fixed as one large piece. Please measure entry ways very carefully as this is quite difficult to manoeuvre!

Basically – Any doorway you carry it through will need to be over 31 inches wide, so it can be carried in on it’s side.
