Vintage Angraves Bamboo Armchair

An interesting 20th century vintage Angraves bamboo armchair in Gothic style. The armchair has a decorative back rest and shaped arms with a removable fabric upholstered cushion seat. The chair is raised on four straight legs with straight stretcher supports. A particularly attractive example of an Angraves bamboo armchair. Maker’s badge to the underside.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good vintage condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including some minor age-related marks to the bamboo frame. The cushion seat remains in good vintage condition with no apparent rips or tears to the upholstery. A structurally solid and sturdy Angraves bamboo armchair.
