Adjustable Milliner's Wood Hat Stretcher Sizer.

1900 - 1920
Description

This large antique wooden hat block stretcher which dates from c1900 was originally used to manufacture hats and has a wonderful rich colour.

The wood stretcher sits on it's wooden base which has a sizing chart, a metal handle which adjusts the size when turned and looks fantastic when displaying hats.

Condition: Very good used antique condition with signs of use in keeping with age leaving a nice patina and look. Some age related wear, small chips, cracks, bruises and slightly misshapen.

Please note that only the wooden hat stretcher is included. The hat and any other items in the pictures are for display only.
