Size: 6ft 5in x 4ft 5in (195 x 134cm).

A good village rug from the Greater Hamadan Region with an floral lattice design.

Circa 1920.

The rug is a good example of the design found in Borodjert village which lies 120 km south of Hamadan city. The use of blues with pink tones is typical of this village.

The rug is in excellent condition with slight wear and good pile. The rug is suitable for normal domestic use. A very attractive furnishing rug.

The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
