Description

An exceptional quality Victorian silver-gilt cuff bangle, the central rectangular panel with floral engraved design in the aesthetic movement style, and an applied chrysanthemum flower in the centre, symbolizing loyalty and eternal love. Further geometric chased and engraved decoration, the front edges with applied beads. Hidden clasp and safety chain, in original presentation box. Fits medium size wrist.
Condition: In superb antique condition, hinge and clasp secure and firm. Silk and velvet lined box in excellent original condition.
Maker: Unmarked c 1880
Dimensions: 38 x 56 x 66mm. 32g.
