A Superb Set of 12 Silver Handled Victorian Dinner Knives

A superb and rather rare set of twelve silver handled dinner knives, dating from the late Victorian era. This handsome set have stainless steel blades for practical use. The handles are hallmarked silver in Old English pattern and have a handsome engraved armorial. Antique dinner knives rarely survive as the early blades were steel and corroded and a set of twelve is quite a find. A wonderful and practical addition to an antique silver flatware canteen. Condition :- Excellent, with no dents, splits or holes. There are a couple of very minor blemishes, commensurate with age and use.
