Set 8 Hepplewhite Style Mahogany Chairs Circa 1880

Description

Good quality set of eight Hepplewhite style mahogany dining chairs including two elbow chairs. Having camel backs with fan splats with carved anthemium to top. Recently re-upholstery drop in seats. Raised on square chamfered legs united with plain stretchers. All in fine condition with no breaks. All are firm. Good colour with fine waxed patina. They are late 19th. century copies of 18th century chairs.

Size; 37" high, 24" wide across arms, 22" deep. Seat height 18"
