Description

A pretty Edwardian period inlaid mahogany writing desk, or bonheur du jour. With a superstructure with 2 pairs of stationary drawers surmounted with a brass gallery. The table with a concave front and two drawers to the freeze (lockable, key supplied) and fitted with a sumptuous black leather writing surface. The whole table is embellished with inlaid detailing throughout, it is finished to the rear so could be free-standing within a room if desired. All standing on long, elegant square tapering legs which terminate in spade feet. Sympathetically refinished in our workshops and now offered for sale in excellent condition, ready to go straight into the home.
