Masons Antiques has dated this piece to the 1890s.

The enamelled dial is free from any chips, cracks or crazing and has black Roman numerals and subsiduary seconds dial. The brass pendulum and weights are in first-class order.
The 8 day movement has just been fully serviced and overhauled by a fully registered B,H,I, member. It ticks nicely, strikes crisply, and keeps perfect time.The movement is clearly stamped with the Gustav Becker factory emblem.
It strikes on the half-hour and hour.
