Description

A spectacular French Louis XV Style early 20th.C. Kingwood parquetry commode. The beautiful variegated multi coloured marble top of serpentine shape with moulded edge. The bold bombe base having 3 short over 2 long drawers all with parquetry inlay, bronze embellishments and each with working lock and key. The keeled sides with conforming parquetry and pierced mounts leading to shaped aprons and splayed feet with sabots.This bold French chest is in excellent condition and ready to enhance any home. Dimensions:- Height…35’’/ 89cm. Width…48’’/ 122cm. Depth…20.75’’/ 53cm.
