A superb small late 16thc / early 17thc Bronze Pestle & Mortar...it has a tapered shape with a corbelled edge and
moulded heel...it is richly decorated with fourteen pastillages all identical with a beaded hat and a border of
scallop shells....so nice to have it complete with the original pestle....excellent condition.
