Description

A charming and rare small compact George II elm drop front bureau. The drop front opening to four pigeon holes, four drawers, two secret drawers and a central document store. The body having a single folio drawer with a two over three combination below. The drop front has a reading rest.

The handles and locks are original and the key fits both the drop front and the drawers.

The piece is in good sound order and the small portions may it an extremely versatile piece of furniture that holds a room well.
