Very rare, Renaissance style sleigh bed c 1890 possible for super king size mattress 180cm x 200cm with parcel gilt carvings depicting classical foliate and lion motifs with spectacular lions carved feet. Original paintwork has been cleaned and waxed to preserve

Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress)

As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply mini box bases. These raise the get into bed height and offer a superior support for quality mattresses. Price 2"/5cm depth£275. Photograph taken with slats. . We can also supply hand made mattresses in all comfort choices please e mail us for specifications and prices.
