Large Pair English Sterling Silver Napkin Rings - Reticulated Decoration

Description

A substantial and heavy pair of English Sterling silver napkin rings, each hallmarked for Birmingham 1937, together with the makers mark for the silversmith Angora Silver Plate Co. (despite the silversmith's name, these are sterling and not silverplate).

Both back and front of the napkin rings have a large oval vacant cartouche, perfect for engraving if desired. Around the sides, each in beautifully enhanced with pierced or reticulated work.

Both in excellent condition and collectively weighing 1.68 oz / 47.6grams. 1 3/4" across x 1 1/2" tall.
