A Beautiful Victorian Mahogany Collectors Cabinet Circa 1870.

Description

A beautiful and highly figured victorian mahogany 12 drawer collectors cabinet of small and attractive proportions. Circa 1870.

This cabinet was originally designed for the display and protection of a collection of lepidoptera, however, it will lend itself admirably to a multitude of collecting pursuits.

The drawers all have closely fitting glazed frame tops and all the drawers are base lined with cork and have been re-lined with white acid free cartridge paper. The cabinet is ready for use immediately.

The lock and key function efficiently and the drawers run smoothly.

The cabinet has a solid plinth with bracket feet.

An attractive and highly functional cabinet with a good look and ideal proportions. All questions welcome and safe delivery can be arranged.
