A very good early carved panel from the 16thc...it shows a ''winged'' angel resplendent with her large wings, curly hair and a beautifully shaped ''ruff''....there are two large pieces of fruit either side of her towards the base that look to be pears...the carved detail is good with punch decoration and considering the age of the panel it is in remarkably good condition...
