Antique Inlaid Mahogany Cascading Open Bookcase

1900 - 1920
Description

A wonderful antique inlaid mahogany cascading waterfall bookcase. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1900-1920 period.

This is of fine quality and is of lovely proportions. The mahogany has a beautiful rich colour and patina, there is satin wood inlay around the edges, with a cross banded top. The original bras handles and casters are also of extremely fine quality.

We have recently had this re-polished & it is in excellent condition for its age.

Depth – 13 inches , 33 cm

Height – 47 inches , 118 cm
