Description

An incredible ring set with four juicy cabochon (carbuncle) garnets and 14 oval flat-cut garnets mounted in nine-carat rose gold. The elegant bifurcated shoulders are very typically Georgian, as is the frame of flat-cut stones which glitter beautifully as their many facets reflect the light.

The ring is in very good antique condition. We believe it was neatly converted many years ago, possibly from a bracelet or choker clasp.

Size: Q (UK), 8 (US), a large size. Can be resized, please ask for details.

The face of the ring measures 2.2 x 2.7cm and the shank is 2mm wide at the back. The top of the ring sits around 1cm above the finger.
