The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1960s.
The watch has a fully automatic 17-jewel movement, calibre 7625A, which is working nicely. You can sometimes hear the rotor moving around.
The watch is a good wearable size at 37mm diameter excluding the lugs. The main body of the case is gold plated while the case back is stainless steel.

The lens is in lovely condition.
The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands, seconds sweep and an early form of quickset date where the hands are repeatedly moved backwards and forwards between 1am and 10pm until the desired date is reached. There is a little marking to the dial but nothing too serious at all.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
