18ct Gold Diamond & Sapphire Set Musical Acrostic Brooch

A very unusual antique 18ct gold (tested) bar brooch with a musical theme. The brooch features musical notes across a bar set with 2 diamonds a sapphire and a red glass gem. This is probably an item of acrostic jewellery, where the gems spell out a message (in this case looks like the notes ''DEA'' and then the last letter is most probably ''R'' for red as the last gem is red glass; this spells DEAR). The fastening pin at the back is white metal.
A very special brooch - great as an unusual gift for a loved one! or anyone interested in music.
Condition: In great condition.
Measurements: Width: 4 cm Height: 1.3 cm Weight: 4 grams
