Penderyn Antiques has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The base consists of an arrangement of eight drawers around the central kneehole, with the ones to either side having long wooden cup handles. Above the drawers are two pull-out writing surfaces. Complete with working lock and key. Also, the drawers automatically lock when the roll top is down. To the lock surround reads a maker’s mark for ‘Angus, London’. Raised on castors.

CONDITION REPORT:
In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including some marks, wear, and minor losses to the writing surfaces. There is a shrinkage gap to the lower right-hand side (pictured). Roll top is in good condition. Of good construction with the drawers running well.
