Description

Superior pair of late 19th.c Chippendale style armchairs, c.1880. Solid mahogany throughout, with intricately carved crest rails above carved and pierced back splats. Fine acanthus leaf detail to the shaped arm rests. Raised on cabriole legs with further carved detail, terminating in ball and claw feet. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Removable seat pads, with serviceable upholstery.
