This large antique wooden hat block stretcher which dates from c1900 was originally used to manufacture hats.

The wood stretcher sits on it's wooden base which has a sizing chart, a metal handle which adjusts the size when turned and has a wonderful rich colour.

A beautiful quality hat stretcher that looks fantastic when displaying hats and would look great in the home, as a shop display or prop. Can also be used to shape, size and make hats.

Weight: 6.194 kg.

Condition: Very good used antique condition with signs of use in keeping with age. A nice patina and look. Some age related wear, some small chips and bruises. The handle screw mechanism works well.
