Small Mahogany & Marble Top Console Table C.1840

Description

Small mid 19th.c. mahogany and marble top console table c.1840. Just 32" wide. Speckled black marble top with rounded edges. On a symmetrically arranged flame mahogany veneered base with a small oak lined drawer hidden in the frieze. Curving front legs with neat little carved claw feet and straight rear supports with an applied moulding at the base. Raised on a shaped plinth, also veneered to match and with slim turned feet pads. Some wear to the finish, otherwise very good condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
