Description

Mid 19th.c. walnut breakast dining table c.1870. 60" x 42" oval top with highly figured burr walnut veneers laid in a symmetrical pattern on solid mahogany groundwork. With a crossbanded and thumb moulded edge and wavey apron. Bulbous carved and segmented column raised on four legs with carved floral detail to the knees and scrolling feet with the original neat little brass castors below. Top can be tipped to vertical when not in use, locking into place with the original brass catch. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
