Description

Superb late 19th.c. French satin walnut single door wardrobe or linen press c.1880. Arched door with a full length dressing mirror, fitted inside with two adjustable shelves (depth 13?) and a single drawer, plus another drawer in the base. Satin walnut with sparkling satinwood crossbanding across the front and sides. Arched and moulded cornice with carved acanthus detail over a pair of long turned and fluted columns with acanthus leaves and a twist fluted lower portion. Bevelled mirror within a moulded surround and a beaded edge to the door frame. Maple veneers to the back of the door oak lined interior. Raised on turned and fluted front feet. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Keys supplied.
