Gents 1931 Silver Watch, Goldsmiths & Silversmiths

This antique has been viewed 28 times in the past month with the most views from France.

Gents 1931 wristwatch from Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd.
The watch has a Swiss 15-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely.
The watch measures 25mm wide excluding the winding crown and 26mm high excluding the lugs. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside the hinged case back for London (import mark), 1931. Overall, the case is in good condition with just the odd small mark, nothing serious at all.
The convex lens is in lovely condition.
The dial is signed with the name of the original retailer, Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd of Regent St, London W1. The dial is in its original finish with original hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
