Description

An attractive antique mahogany chest of drawers. The moulded edge top sits above an arrangement of two short over three long, graduating drawers. Each has polished mahogany knobs. Raised on bracket feet.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including historical shrinkage splits to the top, with some staining evident. Some losses to the drawer fronts and surrounds (pictured). Good repair made to the lower left leg. Shrinkage gaps to both sides with some losses to top right-hand cornice and lower right-hand trim. Minor historical treated woodworm present.
