Antique Panelled Pale Oak Monk’s Bench

An attractive pale oak monks bench. The back can slide and tilt over to serve as a table surface. To either side are shaped arms on turned supports. The hinged seat opens to reveal a neat storage space. To the front are panels with linen fold detail, raised on small block feet.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including slight staining and marks to the top and seat. Small amount of staining to left hand side of seat top. Of notably good condition and construction.

Our carpenter inspects, repairs, and restores our items, so you can have full confidence that what you buy from us is ready for your home!
