A very handsome George III mahogany chest on chest, the timber of lovely muted colour, having a dentil cornice, reeded and chamfered edges to the top section, an arrangement of five over three oak lined drawers, ornate brass swan neck handles with pierced decoration, rasied on bracket feet. This chest on chest has just benefited from professional restoration work including veneer repairs and structural improvements, and is ready to be used and enjoyed.
Condition:
In good condition commensurate with age, with various old let in pieces of veneer and moulding repairs and small cracks and losses.
