Description

Quality late 19th.c. Arts & Crafts walnut bookcase c.1890. Seven feet long and breakfronted with a deeper two door centre flanked with shallower side cupboards, each section fitted with two adjustable shelves (internal depth 12"/9½"). Solid walnut top with a thumb moulded edge over four glazed doors with a distinctive shaped and carved arches over straight glazing bars. The arches are repeated as a carved detail on the uprights flanking the doors. Solid walnut sides and raised on a moulded plinth. Excellent condition and attractive pale colour. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Keys supplied.
