Description

A splendid pair of French late Victorian or Edwardian Opera Glasses, made from polished brass, having been professionally cleaned and polished.

The glasses are in full working order and clad in Mother of Pearl or Nacre shell with it's iridescent qualities. The eye pieces are also mounted with mother of pearl, signed by the maker; Medecin Opticien of Monte Carlo and Aix Les Bains

They come with a fabric pouch. Excellent condition measuring approximately 5" x 2" x 2" while folded up. Dating to c.1900.
