Antique Victorian Burr Walnut & Gilt Bronze Buffet

Description

A stunning antique Victorian three tier Etagere or Buffet on casters. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1860-1880 period.

The quality is superb, this has wonderful burr walnut veneers on each tier, bordered with satin wood inlay. Each tier also has gilt bronze mounts on the front edge, there is a gorgeous pierced gallery on the top tier and the bun feet also have gilt bronze mounts. The uprights are beautifully turned and fluted while the turned feet sit on original casters.

We have recently had this French polished, it is in excellent condition for its age.
