Four Similar Welsh Oak Farmhouse Chairs

A simple, yet attractive set of four similar Welsh oak farmhouse chairs. Each has a different variation on the bar back. All the chairs have hard oak plank seats, raised on straight front legs and slightly curved rear legs. Each with straight stretcher supports.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related wear and marks to all seats. Each of the chairs show historical shrinkage to the seats (pictured). Minor losses to the seat corners. Evidence of minor historic treated woodworm in the lower legs and undersides of seats. Shaped pointed repair to lower left leg of one chair (pictured).
