Six Similar 19th Century Welsh Oak Bar Back Chairs

A charming set of six similar 19th century welsh oak chairs. Each have the bar backs and hard oak seats. All raised on straight legs with straight supports. As this is a harlequin set there are slight differences between each, but they make for an appealing antique set of six.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related wear and marks to the seats across the set, with staining to the seats of three of the chairs (pictured). Four seats exhibit some age-related shrinkage between planks (pictured). Evidence of minor old historic woodworm, which has been fully treated as a precaution. Minor losses to two chairs (pictured). All chairs are of sturdy construction.

Our carpenter inspects, repairs, and restores our items, so you can have full confidence that what you buy from us is ready for your home!
