Description

A lovely quality and rare 19th Century mahogany military mule chest, having the original brass hardware comprising of brass corners, recessed handles and carrying handles at the sides, the hinged lift up top opening to reveal a large compartment, the top has a workable lock with key, the the bottom of the chest are two large drawers, standing on turned bun feet. The chest has a lovely mahogany colour and is in excellent condition. Circa 1840.
