The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1940s.
The watch has a Landeron 288 hand-winding movement which is working nicely.
The watch measures 37.5mm diameter excluding the winding crown, pushers and lugs. The main body of the case is chrome plated while the bubble back is stainless steel. There is some rubbing in places, mainly to the side as shown in the photo. The lens is in good condition.

The signed dial is in its original finish which has aged nicely. Original feuille shaped hands in a blued steel finish. Two subsidiary dials, one for constant seconds and the other to record up to 30 minutes.
A later leather strap has been fitted.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
