Early 20th Century Beech and Elm Elbow Chair

An attractive early 20th century antique beech and elm elbow chair. The stick back is flanked by thick turned and upright supports. The shaped arms are also raised on turned supports. Raised on four turned legs with ‘H’ stretcher supports.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related wear and marks to seat (pictured). The chair has a ‘lean’ to it from years of use on an uneven farmhouse floor. However, the chair remains solid and sturdy and is of good construction.

Our carpenter inspects, repairs, and restores our items, so you can have full confidence that what you buy from us is ready for your home!
