Description

A truly impressive pocket watch inkwell made from a hefty piece of English glass with the fittings made from sterling silver fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1914 together with the makers mark for John Grinsell and Sons. This example is also lucky enough to have an English design registration number for the year 1907.

The pocket watch is in good working order. The front of the glass has a cut pen rest to sit a pen in. The lid lifts to reveal a glass ink chamber within, removable for easy refilling and cleaning.

Excellent condition measuring 6" x 5" x 5".
