Doulton Stoneware & Silver Plate Stag Head Punchbowl

1900 - 1920
Description

This stunning punchbowl that is made of stoneware has a silver plated rim with two handsome stag head handles which have lovely detail and a blank cartouche to the front.

This very nice quality bowl which would have been made by Doulton Lambeth has a silver plated base so any Doulton marks would be hidden but is unmistakably Doulton with the decorated side and brown salt glaze.

Date: c1900.

Dimensions:

Size including stag head handles - 16.5 cm (6 1/2") High. 33.5 cm (13") Wide.

Weight: 2166 g.

Condition: Excellent used antique condition with only light signs of use in keeping with age. Silver plate is in good condition. No breaks, cracks or damage.

Please note that only the bowl is included and any other items in the pictures are for scale only.
