A very good late 19th century inlaid rosewood writing table. Well constructed in solid rosewood with attractive rosewood veneers onto a mahogany carcas. The rectangular top is fitted with a sumptuous green leather writing surface. To the freeze are a pair of drawers fitted with their original solid brass handles. The front of the table is decorated with inlaid detailing of floral swags, harebells and urns. The whole table is embellished with inlaid stringing throughout. All standing on elegant tapering legs which terminate in the original brass castors. Offered for sale in excellent condition, ready to go straight into the home.
