Description

Very useful and superb quality large mid 19th.c. mahogany chest of drawers c.1860. Single piece solid mahogany top with a thumb moulded edge. Over four large drawers each retaining their splendid original large hexagonal glass knobs with brass backplates. Matching flame mahogany veneers and cockbeaded edges, laid onto mahogany goundwork and with mahogany drawer sides. Veneered sides to the cabinet and raised on a slim thumb moulded plinth. Excellent colour and condition, no damage to the handles, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
