Description

This is a truly wonderful example of a Georgian St Espirit pendant.

It is presented in a fitted case which was made by Hamilton & Inches, Edinburgh. The case may well be later than the pendant but it was definitely made for it.

The dove in flight is a symbol of the Holy Spirit.

This pendant comes into 3 separate pieces.

There are no marks but it is quite clearly set into silver. There are some jewellers scratch marks to the reverse.

So nice to have a fitted case which is in wonderful condition.
