The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1960s.
The watch has a Swiss 17-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely.
The watch measures 32mm wide excluding the winding crown and 31mm high excluding the lugs.

The lens is in lovely condition.
The dial is in its original finish with original hands, seconds sweep and outer minute markers.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch comes in its Garrard presentation box.

Garrards was founded in 1735 by George Wickes. They designed, manufactured and retailed luxury jewellery, silver and watches. The company is still trading today and as well has having their headquarters in Mayfair, London, they also have a presence in Harrods, London, Geneva, Lebanon, Qatar, Dubai, Moscow and Hong Kong. Garrard was the Crown Jeweller of the United Kingdom, charged with the upkeep of the British Crown Jewels from 1843 to 2007.
