Comprising a bowfront wardrobe with Greek key dentil cornice above two cupboard doors enclosing a shelf, four drawers below flanked by cupboard doors enclosing hanging space, on a plinth base with square tapering legs and spade feet. A kidney shaped dressing table with three oval bevelled glass pivoting mirrors on spindle turned supports above a quarter-veneered top, with an arrangement of five drawers, on square tapering legs, spade feet and castors. A bedside cupboard with gallery back, quarter-veneered top, single frieze drawer and cupboard doo. A panelled bedstead, the footboard of bowfront form, takes a 4ft mattress. And three shield-back chairs with solid splats on square tapering legs.

Satinwood
is a hard and durable wood with a satinlike sheen, much used in cabinetmaking, especially in marquetry. It comes from two tropical trees of the family Rutaceae (rue family). East Indian or Ceylon satinwood is the yellowish or dark-brown heartwood of Chloroxylon swietenia.
The lustrous, fine-grained, usually figured wood is used for furniture, cabinetwork, veneers, and backs of brushes. West Indian satinwood, sometimes called yellow wood, is considered superior. It is the golden yellow, lustrous, even-grained wood found in the Florida Keys and the West Indies.
It has long been valued for furniture. It is also used for musical instruments, veneers, and other purposes. Satinwood is classified in the division Magnoliophyta, class Magnoliopsida, order Sapindales, family Rutaceae.
