Antique English Pewter 1 Quart Spouted Measure, W R Loftus, 1856 - 1887.

A 1 quart spouted measure by William Robert Loftus of 321 Oxford Street, London; who worked 1856-1887. The measure has a curve handle with upper thumb rest in a typical London style, the measure has a banded fillet around the body. The measure is marked with the makers touch mark is on the inside base. There is a verification mark and Quart label to the left of the handle. The front of the measure is faintly engraved with a Landlords and Public House name.

Excellent condition with a polished silver grey finish and some small traces of light oxide.
 
Repairs: There are no repairs that I could detect.
