Antique English Pewter 1 Quart Spouted Measure, Thomas Phillips, 1795 - 1849.

Description:
 
A 1 quart spouted measure by Thomas Phillips of Smithfield, London; who worked 1795-1849. The measure has a curve handle with upper thumb rest along with an escutcheon at the upper terminal, the measure has a fillet around the body. The measure is marked with the makers touch mark is on the inside base. There are numerous verifications around the rim including a William IV mark.

Condition:
 
Excellent condition with a polished silver grey finish and some small traces of light oxide.
